a very good impression, on wove paper, second (final) state, with the blindstamp of the publisher Marees Gesellschaft (R Piper & Co.), from the set of ten prints for the Jahrmarkt (Annual Fair) portfolio, from the edition of 125 on this paper (there were also 75 on Japan, Hofmaier also records 3 trial proofs and 2 posthumous editions of 110 in 1966 and 155 in 1984), the full sheet as published, pale mount-staining in the margins, generally in very good condition.
