printed in colours, a superb impression of this rare, monumental and most dynamic of Nolde's graphic work. Printed from four stones in ochre, black, violet and dark red at the Westphalen lithography workshop, Flensburg, on a fine sheet of Japan paper , from the edition recorded as 35, with wide margins, one or two minor stains and soft creases at the sheet edges, hinges at the upper reverse sheet corners, generally in excellent condition
